OLYMPIC HIGHWAY.  (Highway 41) to near JUNEE, then ROUTE 85.



  This is a well used, by truckies, north south route travelling from the Hume Highway 21 km north of Albury
  north via Wagga Wagga to west of Junee via the Olympic Highway. Then via Route 85 north via Temora to the Hume
  Highway just east of West Wyalong.
  It is dual lane and sealed, but has some narrow sections.
0 km (260.5 km) Olympic Highway commences 21 km north of Albury .. at its junction with the Hume Highway.

  area for the pub on the northern corner. Possible better spot further up side street near store/servo.

 : about 0.8 km past bowling club to recreation ground entrance on left side .. narrow gate. Sign gives details of
  contact points to obtain key for toilets and power .. at store in town and Bowling club adjacent. We were reluctant
  to return to town, no one was at Bowling Club, so we stayed without paying the $6 pvpn fee, without power and toilet!

  NOTE. For a convenient general store, take away, gas for $24/9 kg, continue ahead at park entrance, cross another
  bridge, turn into service road on left, store is on the left a short distance ahead on next corner.

  used by truckies all night. The closed down Wallacetown servo is opposite.
